The two north towers (34 storeys, 107.75 m, 225 units) were completed in 2000 by Mivnei Ta'asiya with contractor S.A.P; the two south towers (32 storeys, 115.1 m) were built 2010-2014 by the Akro and Hagag purchase groups with contractor A. Dori.
