New Homes Israel ("we", "us") operates newhomesisrael.com, a marketing and lead-generation platform that introduces prospective buyers to off-plan and new-build real-estate developments in Israel. What we collect

When you submit a contact form, request info on a project, or subscribe to updates, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• The project you enquired about, and any budget, room count, or timeline you shared
• Your message
• Where you came from (referring page, UTM campaign parameters), to know which channels work

We do not use tracking cookies. Site analytics run on Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool — no cookie consent banner is shown because none is required for this kind of measurement.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, connect you with the developer or licensed broker for a project you're interested in, and — only if you opt in — send you updates about new listings matching your criteria. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

The developer or partner agency for the specific project you enquired about receives your contact details and message so they can follow up directly. We are paid by developers and partner agencies for that introduction — never by you.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw newsletter consent at any time — write to us via WhatsApp or through the contact page. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
