What this site is
newhomesisrael.com is a marketing and lead-generation platform. We showcase off-plan and new-build real-estate developments in Israel and connect interested buyers with the developer or a licensed Israeli broker for that project. We are not a licensed real-estate broker and do not act as your agent in any transaction.
No property transaction happens on this site
Submitting a contact form or lead request does not create a reservation, contract, or any binding commitment on any property. All negotiations, contracts, and payments are conducted directly between you and the developer or the licensed broker handling that project.
Accuracy of listings
We source project details (pricing, unit availability, delivery dates, floor plans) from developers and public records, and we source and cite them carefully. Off-plan pricing, availability, and delivery dates change — always confirm current terms directly with the developer or broker before making any decision. Where a figure is not yet publicly disclosed, we say so rather than estimate.
How we're paid
We are paid by developers and partner agencies when we introduce a buyer to them — never by you. That said, we are not a neutral third party: our revenue depends on developers, so treat what we publish as marketing information to verify independently, not as impartial investment or legal advice.
