Israel's off-plan market is documented almost entirely in Hebrew, for people already living here. New Homes Israel exists to close that gap: every development presented in English, with transparent shekel pricing, delivery dates and the developer named up front.
What we do
We select new-build developments, document them properly, and put them in front of buyers in Europe, North America and beyond. When a project matches what you are looking for, we connect you directly with the people entitled to sell it.
We are paid by developers and partner agencies for that introduction. You are never charged a fee by us, and the price you pay for a property is the developer's price.
What we are not
We are not a brokerage, and we do not act as your agent in a transaction. Israeli law reserves that role for licensed brokers.
Every enquiry is passed to a licensed Israeli broker or to the developer's own sales team. Contracts, negotiation and legal work sit with them and with the lawyer you appoint.
