GINDI TLV is the transformation of the old Tel Aviv Wholesale Market into a master-planned residential compound by Gindi Holdings: four 48-storey, 160-metre towers plus eleven 14-storey buildings, about 1,540 apartments in total. Towers 1-2 were delivered in 2020 and Tower 3 in 2022-2023; Tower 4 remains under construction.
